Leading Commercial Bank Selects CMI to provide Process Optimization Services

Service Targeted at Improving Software Performance Testing

Red Bank, NJ – November 3, 2008 - Configuration Management, Inc. announced today that a major commercial bank selected CMI to provide Process Optimization Services for their Performance Testing Practice. These Process Optimization Services will enable the Performance Testing Practice to synchronize performers to a repeatable state and allow customers visible entrance and planning criteria as well as establish reporting and management expectations. CMI will provide Process Optimization Service expertise to assess the current-state practice, provide gap analysis, develop and deliver optimized solutions, and provide User and Customer training. CMI will build the Performance Test Practice repository and library of optimized processes, procedures, standards, templates, and plans and address accessibility and use via training sessions.
