Practice Framework

CMI’s approach to Process Engineering is based on the CMI family of Practice Frameworks.  Our Framework, based on Industry Best Practices, is flexibly adaptable to any given customer’s environment.  It supports industry accepted standards and frameworks including IEEE standards, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), COBIT, and Capability Maturity Model Integration® (CMMI).

Our Practice Framework includes applicable templates, tool use cases, and plans.  The Practice Framework acts in multiple capacities, from process maturity guidance to practice training materials to tool design materials for automation.  Practice Framework implementations support multiple geographically dispersed software development and testing teams conducting parallel software development.
