CMI Implements Manage Service at Leading Commercial Bank

Leading Commercial Bank leverages CMI's Professional Consulting Services to Implement a Managed Service

Matawan, NJ – August 19, 2009 - Effective September 1, 2009, the Commercial Bank's Quality Services Horizontal Services Organization will transform into a Managed Service. QS Horizontals will enter a new service delivery contract with Configuration Management, Inc., in which all three services (Software Release and Configuration Management®, Test Coordination Center, and Test Data Management) will be delivered via a Managed Service Agreement. The new service contract will yield $1MM in savings in 2009 and $3MM in savings in 2010.
