(CMI) has been selected by a global communications company and industry leader in providing high-quality voice and messaging services across multiple devices and locations over broadband networks to perform an assessment of their Software Quality Management Practices.

CMI will utilize our trademark Configuration Management® Assessment to analyze the processes around our client's systems and/or software development and controls. CMI will interview multiple stakeholders in the organization to understand current and pending issues, and from there assess the strengths and weaknesses of the software development profile as compared to industry-best practices. The assessment will culminate in a Findings and Recommendations Report describing, in detail, the gaps between what our client is doing today ("As-Is") and recommendations ("To-Be") for getting to industry-best practices, via phased, incremental, or full conversion.
