John J. Falzon
Chief Operating Officer
John J. Falzon joined CMI as Chief Operating Officer (COO) in April 2006. John is an executive with 30 years of experience in developing Information Technology Solutions. He has extensive experience and technical, financial and customer/industry knowledge in bringing new technology and products to market. Prior to coming to CMI, John worked 25 years at Telcordia Technologies. At Telcordia, John was Vice President responsible for Softswitch and Multimedia Products where he led the Next Generation Broadband Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Product Development. John had full operational and P&L responsibility for developing Telcordia’s Softswitch and Multimedia product line. John joined Telcordia after graduating with a BS degree in Computer Science in 1981. John also has a MS in Telecommunications & Computing Management and a MBA in Finance.
Gerard Giordano
Chief Financial Officer
Gerard Giordano has 30 years of experience as a Financial Manager serving as a CFO for several companies in both Professional Services and Manufacturing. Most recently Jerry worked for Aon Consulting as the CFO for a particular Business Unit. Prior to that Jerry served as CFO of Kroll Zolfo Cooper and Zolfo Cooper. In addition to a strong day-to-day accounting background, Jerry has had success in Financial Operations Management and Control, Strategic Planning and Business Development, General Management and Administration, Cash Management, MIS, Acquisitions and Profit Improvement Programs. Jerry has a BS degree in Accounting from St Peter's College and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Greg J. Marinello
VP of Sales
Greg Marinello has worked for the largest technology companies in the sales and marketing areas for the last 20 plus years. These companies include, Automatic Data Processing, Oracle Corporation, Siebel Systems, Cisco, BMC and SAP. Greg has helped these organizations develop pre-sales teams in configuration of the right solutions and messages to meet and exceed customer expectations while also developing and managing the overall sales strategies. Greg has contributed in closing software licenses and services in his career and has also worked in designing joint campaign programs to include creative finance terms in attracting new customers especially during these times. He is a believer in consistent communication with the sales and service delivery teams to ensure the highest level of customer retention and satisfaction. Greg lives in Boca Raton, Florida.
John Morgan
Practice Director
John Morgan is a distinguished Solutions Engineer who has over 12 years’ experience in all aspects of Software Configuration Management. John joined CMI in 2011 as the CM Practice Director and he is responsible for managing CMI’s Practice Leads for the Solutions Services division. John spent over eight years working for IBM’s Rational Software Group, where he provided SCM Solutions Services (ClearCase and ClearQuest) to a variety of IBM customers in the Financial Services, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, and State & Federal Government industries. Prior to IBM, John was the CM Release Manager for the Direct Markets organization at Merrill Lynch. John has hands-on experience with IBM-Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, BuildForge, PVCS, PVCS Tracker, Subversion, and Home-Grown Change Management Solutions. John holds a B.A. Economics and attended the Chubb Institute for Network Administration.
Frank Ungarten
Director of Sales
Frank Ungarten is an industry recognized professional with experience in the Professional Consulting and Staff Augmentation Industry. Frank is a thought leader with experience working with a variety of clients to support staffing initiatives in the automotive, banking, investment/brokerage, financial services, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and retail industries. He has successfully sold, initiated and completed multi-million dollar staffing projects throughout his tenure. Frank has expertise managing sales and recruiting organizations, growing new accounts and supporting all aspects of staffing. His specialties are Application Lifecycle Management, Software Quality Assurance, Software Development, Staff Augmentation, Direct-Hire Placement Services, Co-Sourcing, and Projects and Solutions.
Paul Rinear
IT Director
Paul Rinear joined CMI in November 1998 as a Desktop and Server Support Technician and has been with the company ever since, now acting as Director of Information Technology and responsible for all aspects of CMI’s IT infrastructure, as well as in-house technical consulting. Paul is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer with 25 years of wide ranging technology experience, from hardware and environment support to systems planning and application integration. Paul studied Electrical Engineering at MIT, and holds an AAS in Computer Science from Brookdale Community College, BA in Physics from Thomas Edison State College, and a MA in Mathematics from Georgian Court University.
Michelle Vanetti
Human Resources Director
Michelle Vanetti is Configuration Management Inc.’s Director of Human Resources. She is experienced in managing human resource activities on a national basis and leading our organization through periods of significant growth and change with effective leadership and managerial skills, including the ability to establish HR as a strategic business partner. Ms. Vanetti has knowledge of all areas of human resources, including compensation and benefits; recruitment and selection; human resources information systems; training and development; employee relations and communications; and human resources policy, practice and legal compliance. She is affiliated with the Society for Human Resource Management, the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, and the US Women's Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Vanetti holds an Associate’s Degree in Social Science, Brookdale Community College, NJ and a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Studies and Employment Relations, Rutgers University, NJ.
