Frank Ungarten is an industry recognized professional with experience in the Professional Consulting and Staff Augmentation Industry. Frank is a thought leader with experience working with a variety of clients to support staffing initiatives for clients in the automotive, banking, investment/brokerage, financial services, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and retail industries. He has successfully sold, initiated and completed multi-million dollar staffing projects with a long list of clients throughout his tenure. Frank has expertise managing sales and recruiting organizations, growing new accounts and supporting all aspects of staffing. His specialties are Application Lifecycle Management, Software Quality Assurance, Software Development, Staff Augmentation, Direct-Hire Placement Services, Co-Sourcing, and Projects and Solutions.
Stephanie Malach has been working in the industry since 1999, and has over 10 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Recruiter and Sales Associate. Since joining CMI in 2005, Stephanie brought aboard Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Honeywell to CMI. She provides her direct clients with highly skilled candidates to fill positions such as Administrative Assistants, DBAs, Web Developers, Veterinarian Technicians, Testers, Engineers, and Senior Technical Managers. Stephanie has experience working with VMS systems and working directly with managers on full time, consulting and Right To Hire positions. Her goal is to continue a partnership with her clients by providing them qualified candidates so their projects succeed!!!!!
Sam Shapanka is Regional Sales Director of the Northeast Division for CMI, an industry recognized leader in IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, and Software Configuration Management. His focus is the New York area financial services and media industry sectors. Previously, Sam was a Senior IT Staffing Consultant with Eric Robert Associates. Prior to ERA, Sam ran the permanent IT staffing practice in New York City for Kforce Corporation. His branch was consistently a top revenue producer for this nationwide staffing firm. Earlier in his career, he was a national marketing manager with General Electric Information Services and management consultant with Rapidata. Sam has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University and a BA in Public and International Affairs from George Washington University.
Brian Bremer has fifteen years’ experience in the Recruiting Industry. He began his career working for Source EDP, now known as Kforce, where he worked as an IT Recruiter for direct hires and was eventually promoted to market manager for the Princeton, NJ direct hire operation. His experience includes working on the corporate sector where he was the manager of workforce planning for Princeton Softech, a data management software company. During that time he managed the recruiting operation for Princeton Softech’s U.S. and European business operations. Brian Bremer is a graduate of Central Michigan University in Communication Sciences.

Frank Hagen Jr. has 17 years of IT experience in Technology Solutions, Software Solution Sales, Professional Consulting and the Staff Augmentation Industry. He has worked in many senior positions throughout his career including VP Technology Solutions, Director Business Development, and Branch Manager/Recruiting Manager. Frank strives for customer satisfaction throughout a project’s lifecycle . As an experienced leader who’s worked in many verticals, he’s provided services in Telecommunications, Retail, Financial , Automotive , Food Services , Real Estate, Materials Manufacturing , and Bio Tech/Healthcare. Frank has managed multi-million dollar P/L statements and large staffs. He is currently leveraging his skills and expertise to help CMI grow and provide superior service.
Stacy Cannan brings over 10 years’ experience in the Recruiting industry where she has served as both a Recruiter and Account Executive. She started her career in 1997 as a recruiter where she was retained by one of the largest professional services firms to help staff their Assurance and Advisory Services teams nationwide. She was later recruited by LJ Kushner and Associates, LLP, as Director of Corporate Relations. In this role she helped spearhead the efforts of this newly formed company and position the company as an industry leader in information security recruiting. During her time there, she was responsible for managing the recruiting operations as well client management.
